Insurance & Fees

Accepted Insurance Plans

​​​We accept a variety of major health insurance plans to help make treatment accessible and affordable. Our practice is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Viva Health, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, and Medicare. If you have questions about your specific benefits, coverage, or copayments, we are happy to help you understand your options and verify eligibility prior to your first appointment.​

Paying for Sessions

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept:

 

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Cash or check (if applicable)

For psychological assessments, a portion of the fee may be collected at the start of testing, with the remainder due upon completion of the evaluation or delivery of the final report.​

 

​If you have questions about payment, billing, or the cost of services, please feel free to ask—we want the process to be transparent and stress-free.

Cancellation Policies

​​Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed appointments, may be billed at the full session rate.

Fees

Our fees reflect the time, training, and individualized care involved in providing high-quality psychological services*. Rates may vary based on the type and length of service.

 

We also offer reduced fees based on financial need. Sliding scale fees are determined by income and financial hardship. However, the number of sliding scale slots are often limited.

​We do not accept workers compensation.​

​​*Fees are influenced by local cost of living and typical market rates in the area.
